Where the electric meters are located on the exterior of your units, the boxes are rusted out and exposed to the weather (rain or snow). These boxes belong to the unit owners, they are not Common or Limited Common Elements. Please check your electrical box for rusting, etc. If it needs painting, please have it done. If it needs replacing please call an electrician. If you do not have an electrician you may use Biles Electric at 732-251-7070 . Do not call JCP&L, the boxes do not belong to them. If the repair or replacement is not done you may experience loss of power.

All trash must be in PLASTIC BAGS and tied securely

SPECIAL ITEMS
Large items including: rugs, mattresses, furniture, tires, construction debris, appliances etc. MAY NOT be placed in the enclosures or at the recycling area. Removal of these items is the responsibility of the dweller.  

For removal contact Tinton Falls Reclamation Center at 732-922-8686 or Marlboro Township at 732-536-0200 for the annual “Spring Cleanup” dates.

 

RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
Newspaper/Aluminum Cans/ Glass/ Cardboard)
All newspaper, aluminum cans, glass and cardboard are to be disposed of in the proper dumpster at the recycling area by the Management office parking area.

PAPER OR PLASTIC BAGS
MAGAZINES, CATALOGS, GLOSSY PAPER, PHONE BOOKS
PLATE GLASS, AUTO GLASS, MIRROR OR CERAMICS

ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED $150.00 PER OCCURANCE

Dryer Vent and Chimney Cleanings

Please be advised that the Dryer Vent Cleanings are due this year 2009.
They are to be completed by the entire Community between January 1, 2009 and March 31, 2009.

The receipt of the cleaning/inspection is due in the management office no later than April 1, 2009.

If such receipt is not presented a $25.00 a day fee will be added to you maintenance account.

 

For future reference the cleanings/inspections are as follows
2009 Dryer Vent Inspections are to be completed
2010 Dryer Vent and Chimney Inspections are to be completed
2011 Dryer Vent Inspections are to be completed
2012 Dryer Vent and Chimney inspections are to be completed
and so forth, the chimney inspections are to be included every other year.

 

You may use whomever you choose but here are some companies that perform these inspections if needed.
